His career has spanned roles from Tradesman to Executive Leadership, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the field. In addition to his construction expertise, Dallas has managed key areas such as Customer Service, Purchasing, and Project Management, showcasing his broad skill set and leadership capabilities.
Before embarking on his construction career, Dallas proudly served nearly 12 years as a Corps of Engineers Officer in the United States Army. A veteran of the Gulf War, he carries a deep patriotic commitment to helping others achieve their “American Dream.” His passion is building communities that offer Value, Security, and a foundation where Family Legacies can be created and cherished for generations to come.

Bob is a 1996 Graduate from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning. "As a former framer and finish carpenter it's nice to be able to build what I draw as well as have logical discussions with the engineer and contractors." My goal is to integrate the philosophy of "green" building products and procedures as well as the current technology of today while preserving the authenticity of true residential design, details and proportions from the past. Bob focuses his spare time on his family and the great outdoors. Bob has assisted the Habitat for Humanity with their designs and plans to make the process more exciting and understandable for the new homeowners. Bob and his daughter, Alexa, have helped on the construction side of things as well.
